On May 1st, we were thrilled to welcome our new colleague Isabella, who has joined Micro Technic as an Administrative Assistant.
Isabella is a true multitasker, keeping track of everything from meetings and invoicing to lunch coordination and all the little things that make a big difference in a busy workday. She thrives when there’s a lot going on – and it shows. In no time, she’s become an invaluable part of the team.
With a background in administration and customer-facing roles – most recently completing a Coordinator education at DEKRA with a focus on planning, communication and digital workflows – Isabella is well-equipped to help us raise the bar. As part of our ongoing effort to strengthen service and internal processes, she’ll be supporting both colleagues and customers in ways that are smart, structured and solution oriented.
“I really enjoy having lots to do – and helping wherever I can. What I love most is feeling that I make a difference and help things run smoothly,” she says.
When she’s not managing our many to-do lists, Isabella keeps things running at home in Odense, where she lives with her husband Christian, their 1.5-year-old son Charlie, and their dog Carlos.
She also dreams of one day mastering the art of knitting, sewing, or crocheting – if only her patience would cooperate.
“The last dishcloth I made was so crooked I decided to take a little break from it,” she laughs 😅
We’re so happy to have Isabella on board – and we look forward to seeing her leave her mark on Micro Technic. 🌟
Denmark celebrates Constitution Day on June 5th, marking the adoption of our first constitution in 1849—a day filled with speeches, traditions, and (hopefully) sunshine! ☀️
Right after that comes Pentecost, another public holiday, giving us an extended break.
This means we’ll be closed from June 5-9, returning refreshed and ready on June 10th.

🔩 Kenneth Metzsch has had an unconventional path to firmware development – with a background as a sailor, car mechanic and mechanical engineer! He uses his diverse experience to create simple, fast, and resource-optimised solutions.
⚡Thomas Larsen became hooked on electronics when he received a severe electric shock at the age of 10. Today, he is a hardware engineer who is passionate about testing and troubleshooting to ensure our solutions are solid before they reach customers. “The most important thing is catching errors before they reach the customer – or even before they happen!”
